I am now trying to connect my WK-3800 to my new laptop, and I am having to go over the same problem again when I ran across your inquirey. I did exactly what he said, and it works. I found a guy that had taken a Roland Keyboard driver and modified it for the Casio WK-3800. The driver I had downloaded was a 32-bit driver for a Windows XP install. I revisited the casio music site but was unable to locate the 64-bit driver.
